Banquet Server / Runner

Requirements:

The Nitty Gritty:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a server in banquet & catering operations

Working knowledge of fine dining and beverage service procedures

Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations

Have necessary State Food Handler s License and a Class 12 Mixologist Permit (permit must be with you during the shift)

The Brass Tacks:

Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature

Must be comfortable carrying loaded banquet trays in professional manner

Maintains work area, including guest dining area, keeping it clean and organized at all times
