We are currently hiring a Bar Manager / Barista with previous barista experience to help lead our beverage program and bar team from day one.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar and coffee operations

• Create and execute craft cocktails, seasonal drink menus, and specialty coffee offerings

• Train, coach, and lead bartenders and baristas

• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, speed, and presentation

• Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls

• Partner with kitchen leadership on beverage pairings

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar

Qualifications

• Bar management or lead bartender experience preferred

• Previous barista experience required

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and espresso beverages

• Leadership focused with a hands on approach

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
