Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic barback to join our dynamic team in a restaurant environment. The barback will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to thrive in a bustling atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Restocking: Barbacks ensure the bar is fully stocked with essential items like alcohol, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Cleaning: They maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and emptying trash.
• Assisting Bartenders: Barbacks may help with tasks like pouring drinks, taking orders (especially during busy times), and delivering drinks to customers.
• Opening and Closing Duties: They handle tasks like setting up the bar at the beginning of the shift and breaking it down at the end.
• Maintaining Freshness: Barbacks rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Handling Deliveries: They may be responsible for putting away liquor and beer orders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
