Barback - Full Time

About the Role:

Lola 41 Palm Beach is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Barback to join our dynamic bar team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of excellence our guests expect. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the prep and organization of all liquor and wine storage areas.

Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring products are stocked, labeled, and stored properly.

Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times.

Help maintain a seamless guest experience by resetting bar seats and tables for incoming guests.

Uphold Lola 41’s high standards of professionalism, presentation, and service.

Contribute as a key member of the bar team and represent the restaurant with professionalism.

Schedule & Availability:

Currently seeking candidates available Monday night and Thursday–Sunday nights.

Typical shift hours: 3:00 PM –11:00 PM / 12:00 AM

Flexibility is key — days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Open availability is a major asset.
