Barista - Join Our Team!

• Location: Miami, FL

• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available (flexible hours to fit your schedule!)

What You’ll Do as a Barista:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers in Miami.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude as a Barista.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workspace as a Barista.
• Handle cash transactions, process orders, and ensure accurate product delivery.
• Assist with keeping the coffee shop or tidy and inviting for all customers as a Barista.
• Work with team members to meet daily goals and create a positive customer experience as a Barista.

What We’re Looking For in a Barista:

• A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods as a Barista.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills as a Barista.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure as a Barista.
• Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others to keep things running smoothly as a Barista.
• Previous experience as a Barista is a plus, but we’re happy to train you if you’re new to the role!
