Barista

Are you a people person with a knack for great coffee and even better vibes? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, switched-on Barista who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think outside the square, and help us take our café to the next level.

About the Role: 35 hours per week 7.30 am to 3 pm Availability across weekdays and weekends

This isn’t just about pouring a good flat white (though that’s a must!). We want someone who:
Brings positive energy and genuine customer service to every shift
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
Has ideas to boost sales and improve the customer experience
Can jump between front-of-house, coffee machine, and general café duties with ease
Is proactive, reliable, and a true team player

What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in a busy café)
A creative thinker who is not afraid to speak up and share ideas
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us
