Barista

Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Norman is seeking to hire a barista for our on-site bistro!

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while providing friendly and efficient customer service. This role helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guest, while ensuring all drinks and orders are prepared accurately and consistently.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (or 8am-4pm)

Job Duties

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, sandwiches, salads, sodas, and energy drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Processing credit card transactions from customers.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bistro.
• Engaging with customers with a friendly demeanor.

Experience and Education

• Previous experience as a barista
• Excellent customer service skills
• Food Handler’s Card is a plus
• Energetic personality
• Team player
