Summary of Key Responsibilities:

The role is a barista but will have to take on a secondary role to assist in the growth of the company. Responsibilities and essential job functions at the shop include but are not limited to the following:

• Support store sales growth by delivering personal and team sales goals, up-selling, and suggestive selling to customers based on their needs.
• Responsible for providing a customized, positive, and welcoming customer service experience and sampling for all customers from start to finish.
• Consistently provides quality beverages for all customers by adhering to all recipe standards and provides samples according to recipe specifications.
• Responsible for keeping the beverage station cleaned, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Reports any supply needs to the operations team lead. Assists in maintaining visual displays per standards and reports discrepancies to the visual team lead.
• Ensures proper storage and organization of all stock at all times and reports any issues to the operations team lead.
• Maintains visual integrity and brand image of Tea and Milk promotions by ensuring store cleanliness and restocking product per the visual merchandising guidelines.
• Looking for part-timers able to work long term

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
