Barista (Filoil Arena)

Cooper’s Coffee Haus is looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as BARISTA.

Job Description:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Prepare beverages following all standard recipes.
• Serve beverages and other prepared food, like dessert, pastries and crepes.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Provide excellent customer experience skills, upselling other items besides the initial orders of customers.
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
