Sweet Palm Coffee is hiring dependable baristas to join our team in downtown Charleston.

We are looking for reliable, professional individuals who take pride in strong customer service and consistent performance.

This is a structured, fast paced cafe environment with clear expectations and standards.

Schedule

Consistent weekly schedule
Opening and closing shifts available
Weekend availability required
Daytime hours only

Responsibilities

Prepare espresso drinks and specialty beverages consistently
Deliver drinks and food to tables
Provide welcoming and professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shift
Support team members during busy service
Follow systems and procedures exactly as trained

Requirements

Previous barista or food service experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Consistent attendance and punctuality required

Compensation

15 to 18 per hour based on experience
Performance based raises available
Opportunity for growth into lead barista positions
