Barista (Iced Espresso Drinks Focus)

Core Role Responsibilities

• This is not a traditional cafe role. We focus exclusively on iced espresso drinks in a streamlined, high-efficiency setup
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should be comfortable moving with urgency and staying focused during rushes
• Prepare consistent, high-quality iced espresso drinks using recipes and standards. No guesswork, no shortcuts
• Work as part of a tight, efficient bar team to keep orders flowing accurately and quickly

Levant Coffee is a fast-paced, order-ahead focused coffee shop known for signature iced drinks and an efficient grab-and-go experience. This role is essential to keeping orders moving quickly while maintaining consistency and quality at a high volume. No Food/Food Prep.

Shop Hours

Mon - Fri 7am - 1pm

Sat 7am - 2pm

Sun 8am - 2pm

Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of iced espresso drinks by following a consistent build process
• Maintain speed and accuracy while repeating drink builds throughout your shift
• Follow exact recipes and portioning to ensure every drink meets Levant standards
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized to support an efficient workflow
• Work in sync with the team to keep orders moving smoothly during peak hours
• Verify drink accuracy and presentation before orders leave the bar
• Tip eligible after completed training

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized during high-volume service
• Clear communication with both team members and customers
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Levant Coffee is located near Clark (22), Belmont (Red, Brown, Purple), and Sheffield. Parking is limited, so public transportation or rideshare is recommended.
