Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for sales transactions
• Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality presentation and timely delivery
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus
