Sevie Roast Coffee is Hiring: Barista Shift Leader

Join our growing team! We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to lead, serve great coffee, and create a premium customer experience every shift.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years experience as a Barista (required)

• With leadership or supervisory experience in a café or food service setting

• Strong knowledge in espresso calibration, milk texturing, and drink preparation

• Able to lead and manage a team especially during peak hours

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, mid-shift, or night shift, depending on schedule)

• Has a professional, confident, and approachable personality

• Can provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns properly

• Can train and guide baristas to maintain quality and consistency

• Willing to undergo training

Location:

Primary location is in Baesa, Quirino Highway, Quezon City. You may also be assigned to our Lacson branch at Piy Margal St. corner Dos Castillas St., Manila, depending on the schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift (morning, mid-shift, or night shift)

Must be able to commute to or relocate near Quezon City or Manila

Willingness to travel to other branches if needed

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts

- Ensure smooth workflow and team coordination

- Maintain high standards in drink quality and store cleanliness

- Handle cash management, POS, and basic reporting
