Barista/Trainer

Qualifications

· NCII passer/Bachelor’s degree in HRM/HRS or equivalent

· At least 1 year experience specializing in Food/Beverage or equivalent

· Certificate in Coffee Skills Program/knowledge of Latte Art is an advantage

· Must be good in verbal and written communication

· MS Office proficient

· Must be willing to work in the field around NCR, Baguio, Pampanga, Cavite, and Davao

Responsibilities

· Prepares and serves foods, hot and cold beverages including various types of coffee, and adheres to all the recipe and presentation standards

· Maintains a clean and organized workspace

· Adheres to all food safety regulations and quality controls

· Ensures inventory management

· Handles the equipment, performs basic troubleshooting, and calls TSG for repairs

· Conducts Beverages Training

· Conducts other training for the Operations team

· Prepares and updates learning materials

· Data Tracking and Documentation

· Assists in Training Needs Analysis

· Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Training room and store

· Request training-related materials and supplies

· Performs other duties related to Training when needs arise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
