We’re expanding and looking for an enthusiastic Barista + All-Rounder to join our vibrant dessert café. If you’re passionate about coffee and desserts, love engaging with people, and want to help build a strong team culture, this is your opportunity.

What We're Looking For (In a Nutshell):

• Strong barista experience (latte art, espresso calibration, milk steaming, etc.)
• Willingness to train and upskill existing staff in barista techniques
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Team player with a “go above and beyond” attitude
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Prior Barista experience required

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Barista Focus:

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
• Calibrate grinders and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• TRAIN other team members on coffee techniques and drink preparation

2. All-Rounder Duties:

• Take customer orders and provide excellent front-of-house service
• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve desserts, mini pancakes, waffles, and shakes
• Upsell additional products and provide product recommendations
• Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation standards
• Restock, clean, and support both kitchen and front-of-house as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a high-volume café
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to a fast-paced setting
• Takes initiative and ownership in delivering quality service

Languages Required: English
Work Location: On-site only

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
