**Job Description:**

Joining our team as a Tea Shop Staff member means being an integral part of our mission to deliver excellence in every cup. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, embodying the professional spirit of Chi Cha San Chen.

- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring each customer receives their desired beverage with precision.

- Mastering the art of crafting bubble tea according to Chi Cha San Chen's recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

- Handling transactions with professionalism and integrity, utilizing our POS system with ease.

- Upholding impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, including routine cleaning tasks and maintaining inventory levels.

- Engaging with customers to offer recommendations, answer inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction with every visit.

- Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Speaks Mandarin Chinese! (preferred)

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, but not required.

- A genuine passion for bubble tea and a desire to deliver exceptional service to every customer.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and upholding Chi Cha San Chen's high standards.

- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
