Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team at Redlands Public Market. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the distinctive ambiance of each bar. If you have a flair for mixology and a commitment to guest satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, craft beers, and fine wines.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service across all three bars.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (2 years required).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of customers.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
