The ideal candidate will have a significant social presence with an thorough understanding of appropriate professional boundaries. Our clientele/members have high expectations and are anxious to experience talent, an inviting smile, a genuine interest in the provisioning of customer service, and most importantly, a professional mixologist that can deliver an exceptional mixed drink. This position plays a big role for creating a happy environment while providing best in class member experiences!

This position may include shifts outdoors on our beautiful ocean side pool deck and and or indoors in our dinning room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Our team is dependable, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in doing a great job.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present drink options
• Make suggestions based on our members preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Bar Tender requirements and qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in Hospitality
• Craft cocktails
• Themed cocktails
• Experience with cash register and any ordering information system
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
• Team player
• Friendly
• Exceptional personal awareness and communication skills
• Formal mixology and bar tending training will be considered a plus
