Bartender And Server

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Server & Bartender to join our team. Must have experience in both serving / bartending.

• Our restaurant runs on a TIP SHARE. BOH and FOH work together to provide our guests with fabulous looking/tasting plates, and the friendliest customer service in STL. The ability to multi-task, take direction, and move quickly on the floor is an absolute must.
• Pay starts at $25 per hour* and moves up based on performance and experience. It can/will rise over $25 per hour based on store volume and tips received. Your pay and tips are received via direct deposit every 2 weeks. We consistently average 18%- 20% in tips during our two week pay periods. Before continuing to fill out this application, please be sure a tip share is where you can see yourself succeeding.
• *($15.00 hourly wage + $10 minimum tip hourly)

This is a physical role. Our restaurant has a large floor plan. Servers/bartenders walk/stand for long periods of time, carry trays and heavy plates, move tables, stack chairs, as well as move and stock cases of beer/liquor, and kegs.

Ability to work outside. We have a patio. We also host events that may require us to work outdoors.

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering outstanding hospitality.

You must have an outgoing personality and the ability to flaunt it! You are encouraged to create conversations with our guests. We serve tons of neighborhood regulars as well as new faces every day. We need servers/bartenders who make our neighbors feel at home.
