Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to a high level of quality
• Work under the supervision of an bartender to provide an excellent guest experience
• Safely handle and store alcohol
• Complete daily prep sheet
• Complete all food prep sheets as directed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
