Kenosha Tap House is a small business in Kenosha, WI. We are supportive, creative, engaging and our goal is A Beer Festival Everyday allows you to pour & pay by the ounce with 60 different taps of craft beers, seltzers, ciders, meads, wines and mixed cocktails on tap in Kenosha located right on the harbor in downtown.

We are looking to hire all positions, full time and part time. Our establishment is unique in that it is a self pour tap wall. Responsibilities include greeting, checking in and out customers, bussing tables, washing glasses, and restocking them. We are also looking for kitchen help too. We have a full kitchen that features a variety of food choices. The biggest sellers are our pub pretzels and pretzel bite baskets!

Duties:

-Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, restaurant, kitchen, coolers. outside area and bathrooms
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

-Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
