Bartender/Waitress

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and collaborating with other staff to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the restaurant or food industry is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, especially during banquet events or large gatherings.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
