* Position Details

• Title: Level 2 Behavior Specialist (Experienced ABA Provider)
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (starting)
• Schedule Requirement: Minimum 20 hours/week
• Status: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on availability)
• Location: Stanton, Garden Grove and surrounding areas

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct experience providing ABA services for level 2. Under 1 year experience will start at level 1.
• Familiarity with data collection and skill acquisition procedures
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
• Reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license

• Implementing behavior support plans under BCBA supervision
• Engaging in naturalistic, compassionate teaching strategies
• Collecting data and communicating client progress
• Attending trainings and team meetings
• Supporting families through ethical, respectful interactions
