Betterhair Beauty Brand + Founder's (Paul Nebres) Social Media Manager

About the Role
BETTERHAIR is looking for a Social Media & Content Lead who’s fluent in Tiktok trends, obsessed with beauty, and knows how to craft viral content strategies from scratch. This isn’t an assistant or coordinator role — this is for someone who can own the brand and founders' voice, manage creators and influencers, and work closely with marketing and live selling teams to drive excitement and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the BETTERHAIR brand (www.betterhair.ph; IG: betterhairph; Tiktok: @betterhairph) and founder's (Paul Nebres: IG: paulnebres; Tiktok: @paulnebres_) social media strategy and content calendar
• Develop and execute content plans tailored for each platform — from short-form viral videos to live selling coordination
• Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and endorsers; provide creative briefs and manage deliverables
• Act as a liaison with celebrity teams and external creative/PR agencies to align messaging, visuals, and tone
• Run and support TikTok Lives and Lazada livestream events — sometimes on-camera, sometimes behind the scenes
• Jump on trends quickly to keep the brand culturally relevant and visible
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize for growth
• Be hands-on with copywriting, basic editing, and visual direction where needed

Who You Are

• Experience in social media or digital content roles (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion)
• Proven track record of building a brand’s online presence from scratch
• Strong sense of aesthetic, tone, and cultural fit for Gen Z and Millennial Filipino beauty consumers
• Hands-on with TikTok and IG Reels content creation — comfortable producing, directing, and scripting
• Confident coordinating with influencers, creatives, and internal teams
• Organized, self-motivated, and can manage multiple channels without heavy oversight

Bonus Skills

• Video editing (CapCut, Canva Pro, Adobe Premiere)
• Experience in live selling or hosting livestreams
• Has connections with beauty influencers or creators

Location: Metro Manila
Level: Junior / Mid-level / Lead
Compensation: Market competitive, with performance bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
