About the Role

We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join our office in Singapore. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.

What do we need from you

All candidates must have:

• Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
• 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in the construction, engineering, architecture, interior design or real estate-related industry;
• Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
• Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets, brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
• Strategic thinking, with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
• Working knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
