Dallas Healthcare for Children is a small pediatric healthcare facility in Dallas, TX 75227. We provide comprehensive pediatric care from 0-18 years of age.

We are looking to hire 1 bilingual Receptionist / Medical Assistant for front office.
Energetic, and willing to learn.- Strong customer service and communication skills.-Proper phone etiquette and knowledge of computers.- Overall great attitude and team spirit- Hardworking and Punctual- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- verifying insurance, patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Position requires schedule of 4-day work week: Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri (closed Wednesdays) and hours are 8:00am to 7:00pm.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities The role of this position is to participate in a variety of activities. Examples of Front Desk Duties: Answering multiple phone lines and assisting patients. Schedules appointments for patients. Takes and delivers accurate messages, according to office policies, when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Rooms patients when needed. Documents appropriately. Maintains confidentiality of records. Implement physician orders, keeping physicians abreast of their patient's ongoing care. Maintain accurate and complete recording and reporting. Other duties as assigned by the manager. High school graduate or equivalent required, preferred associates degree. Experience with medical insurance verification required, at least 1 year experience.

Salary: Hourly , starting at $17.50 per hour, relevant to experience
