Billing And Collection Associate

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Billing and Collection Associate to be assigned to DMCI Homes properties located at Mandaluyong, Taguig City, Pasig City, Las Piñas, Parañaque and Quezon City. Successful candidates will be hired directly by DPMC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encoding, printing, and dissemination of all necessary meter readings of unit owners
• Issuance and encoding of all receipts issued
• Daily preparation of collection and deposits reports and submission to Treasury
• Performs cash counts
• Monitoring of post-dated checks and bank deposits
• Handling unit owners' concerns related to billing and collection
• Endorsing unit owners' concerns not related to billing and collection to the appropriate person in charge
• Coordinating with auditors for necessary audits and ensure the resolution of audit findings, if any

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• With at least 6 months work experience in the same function
• Preferably [but not required] with work experience from the same industry and in using Microsoft Dynamics AX or IPAS
• Knowledgeable in the following cash handling and identification counterfeit money
• Has basic skills in mathematics
• Has proficient verbal communication skills in Filipino and English
• Has the ability to multitask efficiently
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Has proficient knowledge in the use of MS Offices
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong, Taguig City, Pasig City, Las Piñas, Parañaque and Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,200.00 per month
