Bim Manager | Project Manager

Summary

MOMA International Design is seeking a senior-level BIM Manager / Project Manager to lead project delivery and BIM coordination based in our Clark, Pampanga office. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven project management experience and advanced expertise in Autodesk software, particularly Revit.

This role involves close collaboration with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient project execution, seamless coordination, and the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and well-integrated design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, BIM implementation, and overall team performance.
• Manage all disciplines within the MOMA Clark office.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Oversee Revit models, drawings, and QA/QC processes
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure fully integrated project delivery
• Lead and facilitate meetings with international stakeholders
• Ensure design quality, coordination, and compliance with standards
• Mentor and guide technical and BIM teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed preferred)
• 15-20 years experience in BIM, architecture, and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (AutoCAD, Navisworks preferred)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience working with international projects and teams

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
