Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable & Payable)

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall bookkeeping needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, process incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with AR/AP responsibilities
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks online, Sage, or similar)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
