We are a growing CPA firm serving businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area. We provide accounting, payroll, and tax services to a wide range of small businesses.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to process payroll for multiple business clients. This role works directly with clients and internal accounting staff to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with payroll tax filings.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for multiple clients
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data
  • Prepare and file payroll tax reports (941, RT-6, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll tax notices and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
  • Communicate with clients regarding payroll questions
  • Work with accounting staff on payroll-related matters

Qualifications

Preferred experience:

  • 3+ years payroll processing experience
  • Experience with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, QBO Payroll, Gusto, etc.)
  • Knowledge of payroll tax filings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Client service mindset
