Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Must possess at least a bachelor's college degree in any field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and operations, including experience in handling people.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

Job Description:

• Oversee branch operations: Manage and ensure the efficiency of daily operations, including inventory, finances, and internal processes.
• Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales targets and meet branch goals.
• Staff management: Hire, train, and mentor employees to foster a collaborative work environment. This includes conducting performance evaluations and ensuring productivity.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze performance: Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to find areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
