Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Macondray Finance Corporation is looking for a Branch Operations Assistant / Associate to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient service for our clients.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Candidates with strong customer service experience may be considered for the Assistant level, while those with loan processing experience may be considered for the Associate level.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, or any related business course

For Branch Operations Assistant:

• Experience in customer service is required
• Client-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a pleasant attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and colleagues

For Branch Operations Associate:

• Experience in loan processing is required
• Prior experience in the banking or finance industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and processing procedures
