Branch Supervisor

Position Overview

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of over multiple Snooze Nook branches, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a combination of leadership skills, operational knowledge, and customer service expertise to maintain our high standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all branch locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics
• Supervise branch staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development
• Implement and enforce operational protocols and procedures
• Analyze branch performance data and prepare reports for management
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns or escalated issues
• Ensure branches maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and retail items
• Conduct regular site visits to assess branch conditions and staff performance
• Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to address facility or equipment issues
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, HR, finance) to support branch initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or retail industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations or departments
• Experience in staff supervision and performance management
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and operational management software

Location

This position will be based at our headquarters with regular travel to branch locations required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
