- Meaningful and challenging work assignments that deliver learning and skill development through practical work, mentorship, and training
- Exposure to different areas of business throughout the organization
- Comprehensive professional etiquette and financial services fundamentals training, along with technical and business acumen development
- During the program, your daily responsibilities will vary based on your job profile and team assignment.
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science or other related area with a graduation date of December 2025 through Spring 2027 from an accredited University
- Minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Interest and a real passion for learning about the FinTech industry
- Must be available for the full duration of the program (June 2nd, 2025-August 8th, 2025) to be eligible to participate
- Candidates who meet our initial qualifications will be contacted for a video interview with our recruitment team as a first step in our interview process.
