Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time & Full Time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in the food industry and ability to manage time effectively will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and fruit drink beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with drink preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Requirements

• Available to work minimum 3 shifts a week
• Available to have flexible schedule
• Available to work weekend

Skills

• Previous barista experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong ability to multi-task and maintain positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
