Business Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role offers a gross salary of PHP 65,000 (exclusive of perks, allowances, and benefits), with a day shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is onsite at our office in BGC, Taguig.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in banking, financial, or insurance projects is a plus but not required
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly
• Work with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
• Assist in creating process flows, reports, and simple documentation for projects
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
