Business Analysts For Digital Lending – Swedish Speaking

Digital Lending consists of several cross-functional agile teams that design, build and maintain Lending products in digital customer channels (internet bank, mobile bank) for bank customers in Sweden.

Digital Lending will augment the current teams with 8 new FTCs in different roles. To have the right balance between different roles and competencies we need 2 Business Analysts.

Main responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the work of gathering requirements from the business and other stakeholders.
• Together with UX designers make our lending solutions for our customers as seamless as possible.
• Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details.
• Plan, prioritize and estimate the work together with the team members, and Product Owner.
• Define acceptance criteria and execute Business Acceptance tests.

Requirements:

• 
  University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics).
• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, software architecture layers, API integrations.
• Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
• Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, Figma tools.
• Business domain knowledge within the Lending area is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and being fluent both in Swedish and English.
