WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Client status quo, identifying existing improvement opportunities as well as inefficiencies through root cause analysis.
• Re-design the Client operating model and digital architecture across the entire value chain, leveraging industry best practices, key success stories, and PwC distinctive know-how.
• Scout innovative and state-of-art digital technologies / start-ups that can help Clients in solving important business issues and building new competitive advantages.
• Identify and prioritize transformation initiatives to be launched, estimate investments and benefits building a full business case, and design 3-to-5 years Business & Digital programs to boost Client performances
• Govern the end-to-end transformation program, working in collaboration with other PwC teams

YOUR UNIQUE STRENGHT

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or other scientific fields.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong entrepreneurship, proactive, can-do mindset.
• International experience or proficient English.
• You are comfort with travelling
