Business Controller – Imea Region

Role Summary

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, monitoring performance, consolidating data, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will collaborate with commercial and finance teams, providing analytical support for decision-making, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews across the IMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Update and maintain year-to-date P&L, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare quarterly P&L, brand tracker, and business review materials.
• Conduct monthly P&L analysis.
• Perform weekly gross margin analysis and CPI impact assessments.
• Provide margin calculations for regional deals.

Forecasting & Sales Planning

• Lead weekly forecasting cycles using orderbook inputs.
• Maintain and update monthly sales plans.
• Support ad hoc P&L simulations and scenario models.

Budgeting & Strategic Planning

• Coordinate annual budgeting with regional teams.
• Review and align budget submissions with leadership expectations.

Business Review & Performance Tracking

• Drive the high-level definition of sales targets for the commercial organisation and oversee quarterly performance consolidation, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
• Prepare materials for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Track and report orderbook, sales trends, shipped vs invoiced, and ranking vs actuals.
• Measure return on investment (RoI) for specific activities across the region.
• India P&L interrogation and review with local team.

Commercial & Business Support

• Provide margin analysis for deals.
• Support pricing updates, ANA pricelist and ranking exercises.

Data Consolidation & Reporting

• Consolidate multi-source data for commercial and finance teams.
• Maintain and update documents, trackers, and reporting decks.

Ad Hoc Analysis

• Deliver on-demand financial simulations, estimates and insights for regional leaders.

Skills & Competencies
