Hybrid Remote | $60,000 + Commission
The SilverBrick Group is expanding its HOA and condominium association management services and is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to help identify and develop new management opportunities throughout Connecticut.
This role focuses on researching homeowner associations (HOA), condominium communities (COA), and community associations, conducting outreach to board members, supporting proposals, and helping convert new communities into management clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with prospective clients, and interested in helping grow a developing division within an established real estate company.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for meetings, networking events, and client presentations. There is also the option to work in office if preferred.
Duties
- Research and identify potential HOA and condominium association management opportunities
- Build and maintain structured databases of prospective communities
- Use public records, GIS mapping tools, and online platforms to identify association and board contacts
- Track competitor-managed communities and industry trends
- Conduct outreach calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective communities
- Schedule and support client meetings and presentations
- Track outreach activity and maintain organized prospect pipelines
- Assist with proposal preparation, pricing structures, and service agreements
- Manage follow-ups related to proposal discussions and next steps
- Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired communities with operations and accounting teams
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and related systems
- Support SEO-driven lead generation efforts
- Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and business development activities
Experience
- Experience working with HOA and COA community associations, property management firms, or related real estate environments
- Prior experience in administrative support, leasing, sales support, or business development
- Understanding of HOA boards and community governance structures
- Comfortable with outbound outreach including cold calling and follow-ups
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong tracking and follow-through abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- AppFolio experience preferred
- Candidates located in Connecticut or familiar with the Connecticut community association industry are strongly preferred.
This role may be especially appealing to candidates with experience in HOA or condominium association management who are interested in the business development side of the industry.
Compensation
● Base Salary: $60,000
● Commission: 5% on new business generated
● Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
