Key Responsibilities – Business Development, Communication, and Customer Focus

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Engage with prospective clients through effective communication, building trust and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to develop tailored solutions that add value and support client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proposals, close deals, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry data to inform strategic growth plans.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting brand awareness and forging strong business connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools and regular reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience – Business Development, Analytical, and Collaborative Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a relevant commercial function is an advantage.
  • Evidence of analytical and problem-solving capabilities developed through study or professional activities.
  • Track record of taking initiative and leading projects or business development campaigns is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and business analysis tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an asset.
