Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role is a remote role, and the pay is based on commission.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and effective project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a keen understanding of market trends.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management and tracking sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
