Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across company ’s ecosystem (agriculture, F&B, lifestyle, and tech ventures).
• Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and strategic brands.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks for corporate clients.
• Support regional expansion and JV collaboration (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential market entry strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, product) to execute growth strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development or partnerships (preferred: FMCG, FoodTech, Lifestyle).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is an advantage.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup or fast-moving environment.
