The Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Info-Tech, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through both inbound and proactive outreach efforts.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—understanding their needs, presenting our HR digitalization solutions, and guiding them toward success.
While most leads are inbound, you’ll also be empowered to canvass and identify new opportunities whenever needed to ensure consistent performance and growth.
About The Role
- Engage and qualify inbound leads, identifying their business needs and proposing suitable Info-Tech solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
- Proactively reach out to new prospects when inbound volume is low, expanding Info-Tech’s customer base through targeted canvassing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Track and update all sales activities and pipeline information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
