Business Development Executive

OfficeMaster are one of Ireland's leading Office Furniture fit-out specialists. Founded in 1973 with premises in Cork & Waterford, we have been delivering solutions to our customers changing needs for over fifty years.

We are now looking to add to our team. This role is predominately based in Cork, city and county, working out of our Showroom situated in Northpoint Business Park.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and sales growth
• Client relationship management.
• Work with the existing team on preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Promote the company’s capabilities, portfolio and value proposition through networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends so you can present new insights to clients
• Delivering against quarterly & full year targets
• Project management of the office fit out process with clients including on-going aftercare and support.

Skills & Experience

• 4 years+ experience in a selling environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Relationship driven, results orientated mindset.
• A passion for quality customer service.
• Understanding of fit-out projects, furniture systems and interior works OR a willingness to learn and develop these skills.

In essence, a successful salesperson in this field acts as a trusted advisor and design consultant, leveraging their expertise to solve clients' problems and enhance their work environment.
