Business Development Executive

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive supports the business advisory team in managing daily operations, client servicing, and administrative coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of financial solution proposals, client onboarding, and relationship management activities. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining exposure within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

  • Assist the Business Advisory team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
  • Support follow-up with prospective and existing clients regarding documentation and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting summaries, and track action items
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems
  • Monitor progress of submitted cases and provide status updates to the team
  • Ensure all required documents are properly collected, verified, and filed
  • Respond to general client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Prepare reports on pipeline status, client activity, and performance metrics
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Support marketing campaigns, client events, and business outreach initiatives
  • Ensure compliance documentation and internal processes are properly completed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • No experience is welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn about financial and insurance products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
