Job Scope:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to align products and solutions with current market demands in the built environment sector.
• Prepare and present proposals for a full range of products, solutions, and services tailored to B2B customer requirements.
• Drive business development efforts and be accountable for meeting assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of project tenders to ensure timely and competitive participation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Support business operations by carrying out additional tasks or assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in turnkey solutions such as BMS systems, IoT, smart home or security/access systems.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of basic accounting principles; able to work independently, goal-oriented, and resourceful in driving sales outcomes.
