Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Central Ontario

Department: Sales – Consumer Packaged Goods

Job Description:

Develop and manage key client Sales, corresponding budgets, forecasting, customer relations and trade promotional activities for specific assigned head office accounts within the Convenience/ Gas and alternative channels. This position will report directly to the National Sales Director and will be working from the Mississauga head office. Travel will be limited, and key customers will be predominantly in the GTA. After the first month of training, this position only requires office attendance two (2) days per week.

Qualifications:

1. College or University diploma

2. Minimum 2-3 years of CPG Related experience

3. Microsoft office competency with Word, excel and Power Point

4. Preference for candidates with a background in Confectionery, snacking, or impulse related products -would be a bonus.

5. Must have a valid Driver’s license

6. Good communication and presentation skills

7. A self-motivated individual

Compensation:

Salary Range: $75,000- $95,000. This will depend on experience and relevant qualifications

Car Allowance and expense coverage for company related activities.

Starting Date: Effective immediately or pending current employer notification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
