What We’re Looking For

• The Bridge: You possess a Bachelor’s in Economics/Finance and at least 1 year of experience in finance or sales.
• The Linguist: Fluency in Chinese and German (minimum B2) is non-negotiable.
• The Mindset: We need "startup DNA"—intelligent, coachable, and unfazed by the fast-paced evolution of a growing firm.
