Business Development Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications Industry & Domain Expertise • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales or Business Development leadership. • Deep Subject Matter Expertise: Proven track record selling or leading teams within the IT, Network Security, or Cybersecurity sectors. You must understand the pain points of modern IT/Security buyers and the competitive landscape. Leadership & Execution Skills • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage a high-performing BDR/SDR team. • A data-driven mindset with a proven history of optimizing conversion rates across the entire sales funnel. • Exceptional ability to design scalable training programs and onboarding plans. • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and pivot strategies accordingly. Technical Competencies • Advanced proficiency in leading CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). • Expertise in Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo) and lead intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, 6sense, Cognism). • Familiarity with tracking metrics for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
